The Dark Lens Scrying Device - Straight Sided
Scrying, the ancient art of revelation
“You will see, what you see and no more”
This palm-sized device has been created as an alternative to a crystal ball or dark mirror but can be used in the same way.
The Dark Lens is a solid acacia wooden circle with a dark reflective lens fixed centrally and metal feet on the base. The wooden surface is worn and aged, with mysterious symbols inked onto the black frame.
The Dark Lens can sit flat on the table, over a book or picture if desired. The instructions suggest a practice where you can gaze into the surface of the lens and allow visions to form.
This has been designed as an ornamental piece and conversation starter, ideal for a cabinet of curiosities.
I'm slowly making these in different styles, so they are all unique.
Includes:
The Dark Lens Scrying Device, made from acacia wood, and a thick plastic lens which has been sourced from old opticians equipment.
A hand aged A4 sheet of printed instructions
Dimensions: 10cm diameter, 2cm tall approximately.
This is not a toy and is not suitable for children.
