We use Royal Mail tracked services for most orders. Larger or heavier items may be shipped via an alternative courier.

Please note that UK tracked delivery is not a guaranteed service so although we usually find that orders are delivered within 1-3 working days it can on occasion take longer. If you require faster or guaranteed delivery please contact us.

Shawcross Yard will not be held responsible for any unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (force majeure).

Delivery Times

Unless you’re having an item specially made or ordered, delivery is normally within five to ten working days from receipt of order, and often much sooner.

Delivery times will not be of the essence of the contract, Shawcross Yard will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by the Buyer arising from any delay in the delivery of the Goods howsoever caused. Shawcross Yard will not be held responsible for any unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (postal strikes, alien invasion, force majeure). We ask for your patience in these events.
